NCSA prides itself on creating a culture that enables everyone to excel, both in and out of the office. Every year, over 100 teammates participate in our annual flag football tournament, the Turkey Bowl. Year-round, we team up for intramural sports like kickball, bowling, softball, volleyball and more. The best part? NCSA takes care of the entrance fees! From Spirit Week to Free Bagel Fridays, there’s always something to look forward to at NCSA, including:
NCSA teammates thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Together, we celebrate each win, brainstorm new ways to continually improve, and challenge each other to impromptu games of Pop-a-Shot. At the end of the day, we think we have the best job in the world: revolutionizing college recruiting for high school student-athletes and college coaches.
We are problem-solvers, creative thinkers, customer service experts and supportive teammates. We find innovative solutions to give our families the best possible recruiting experience.
NCSA is built by former coaches and athletes who have experienced the benefit of sports, and we’re passionate about giving back. NCSA encourages teammates to give their time by organizing volunteer opportunities and providing paid time off to volunteer for the organization of their choice.
Currently, we have more than 1000 teammates, working both in our headquarters at 1333 N. Kingsbury in Chicago and from home. Opportunities for growth and advancement are always available, in addition to in-office training and professional development offered year-round. Make your mark at NCSA, and positively impact the lives of high school athletes.
