My name is Austin Buchanan from Mullica Hill, NJ. I recently finished my sophomore year at Delsea High School in Franklinville, NJ where I earned the starting 2nd base spot and batted cleanup for our Varsity team. In the summer and fall I play with my Nationally ranked SJ Young Guns 2025 team.
What makes me a good candidate is my strong work ethic and my versatility. I play outfield, middle infield, and pitch. I am a good teammate who will play where I am needed to help the team to succeed.
When I'm not practicing with my team I am lifting weights, working on my speed and agility and hitting in the cage multiple times a week. As a student I maintain all Honors grades and take my studies seriously.
My goal is to join a program that values my talents, can help me to grow as a student and player, and has athletes with similar moral principles and work ethic to help us win at the NCAA level.
