August 2016Personal Statement
I have been playing travel baseball since I was nine. I've played other sports too (football, basketball, soccer) but baseball is what I love.
My current goal is to help my high school team be successful but I'm working hard towards my next goal of playing baseball at the collegiate level.
Outside of training with my summer travel team and my high school team, I work with trainers to improve my arm strength, pop time, and receiving at catcher. My pitching trainer works with me on developing my arm strength as well, along with velocity, location, and movement. I also attend speed/strength workouts 5 times a week that are designed for baseball players.
I am a hard worker, a team player, have an even temperament but a desire to win. I am dedicated to my goal of becoming the best ball player that I can be.
