Will Erickson '25 Recruiting Profile

I like to think of myself as a hard working, disciplined, young man of God, that can incorporate hard work and dedication in and through everything in everyday life. I pride myself in being the best I can be, and realize that work without intent is below my standards. I am currently enrolled at a college prepatory school, where school is the number one priority. It was known when I accepted the enrollment request that the baseball program needed a leader, and after two losing seasons, this year, we snapped the streak and made our first playoff game in 3 years. The work put out on the field was a product of a leadership role I took on, and leading by example, players started to value hard work as much as me, and as a team, we became better, which in the end, is the only thing that matters.
