Ryden Nakamura '26 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Ryden Nakamura and have just started high school.  School and sports are very important to me.  I've participated in football, basketball, and baseball all throughout middle school and have continued with football and baseball in high school.  However, it is safe to say that baseball is my favorite and my dream is to play at the college level and in Major League Baseball.  My parents have always told me to dream bigger, so I do.  While I'm still learning and growing as a person and athlete, I bring lots of high energy to every team I play on.  Parents can often hear me cheering from the outfield.  My communication with team members is clear, positive, and helpful.  Academics do not come naturally for me, so I have to put in extra work to earn the grades that I do.  I am not afraid of hard work, especially if it's pushing me towards my dreams.  I am a calm, cool, and collected athlete and rarely get rattled.  I like to focus in and make adjustments to help my team win an inning, a game, a tournament.  I look forward to continue to push myself both academically and athletically.  My current hope is to find a school that sees my potential and can see how I might be able to elevate their baseball program.  I look forward to hearing from you and to see if we might be a good fit.
