Personal Statement
My academic collegiate goals are to major in business at a college that will give me to opportunity to play baseball. My goals on the field are to do whatever I can to help a team win. Whether it's being an everyday player, or pinch hitting just to lay down a bunt. I play to win. That is what makes me a good candidate for any team. Other recruits may have the same mind set. For me, my brain is what sets me aside. I have always been more than capable to balance academics and sports. But, I have also been told by numerous coaches that my intelligence on the field is better than most. After all, 90% of baseball is mental. So, what sets me aside from other recruits is my ability to think my way through a game better than anybody else.
