Ethan Horvath '26 Recruiting Profile

Hello,

My name is Ethan Horvath and I play shortstop at Hamburg Area High School. I do very well in school and get good grades. I am a part of the gifted program here at Hamburg. I also play football, but baseball is my main focus. I've always played up with the older kids because there isn't enough competition at my age level. For my 7th grade season, I was the only 7th grader playing varsity. I batted first in the lineup and started 2nd base. My 8th grade season I batted 3rd in the order, started shortstop, and was our main pitcher. I led the team in average, RBI's, hits, extra base hits, and on base percentage. I feel like I would be a good option for your team because I always try my hardest, support my teammates, am willing to work anytime if it is something that will better me. Personally, I would much rather be out playing sports than be inside sitting around on electronics. I hope that I'm a good fit for your team and I'm excited to face anything that comes my way.
