Personal Statement
My athletic career started when I was six years old, trying every sport that my parents were willing to take me to. I loved it, but one sport always stood out to be my favorite and that was the game of baseball. Most kids eventually stopped playing baseball because they thought it was boring, but I loved every second of it, giving it my all every opportunity that I got.
My love for baseball grew, when I joined a new organization at the age of thirteen. It was a completely different beast that I had to learn how to tame, being that everything was done with purpose. The new organization focused on aspects of baseball that I never even knew before, making me grow into the player I am today. Without this organization I would still be playing local baseball with no competition, not truly knowing or achieving my potential. I work every day still to make it to my full potential, hoping that it will make me be a prime candidate for a college level program.
