James Abrego '26 Recruiting Profile

I am James Abrego, I'm a Sophomore at Weslaco East High School, I’m 5'9" throw right, and hit right, my positions are shortstop and 3rd base, and my secondary position  is catcher, but I like to play all infield positions. I started playing this game when I was five years old,  the reason why I love it so much is the gym,  and whenever I’m playing the  game, and I make something happen, like making a good play or hitting the ball to score a run it gets me hyped up. Another reason is being with the team. They are like family to me and I like to help the team to get better.  I like to workout, and see the progress, and I like to do the little things, like drills, or watch videos to see what I can fix so I can improve.
