For as long as I can remember I've wanted to play baseball at the collegiate level. Being Venezuelan-born, baseball has always been in my blood and has motivated me to compete my best whenever and wherever the opportunity presents itself. I am coachable, determined, and have the work ethic to compete in your program. I have managed to balance school work and athletics very efficiently and will not become a problem to your program in regards to grades. I intend to take my talents, both as a student and as an athlete, to your college and make a grand impact.
A huge moment in my life was when I helped take my High School to the playoffs for the first time in its history (recently opened) in a very competitive district and played a vital role in aiding my team to victory as a four-hole hitter during the playoffs. I learned the value of teamwork, perseverance, and determination from my experience in the playoffs. I will be a crucial component to my High School team next season which will be in contention for the Texas state playoffs and I am convinced that I have the talents to help your team succeed.
