Hello, my name is Dominik Bieber. I live in Powell, Wyoming and am currently a sophomore at Powell Highschool and I want to play baseball at the college level after graduation. I would like to tell you a little about myself to start off. I am a multi-sport athlete. I play basketball and football aside from baseball. I am a very well-rounded player that is super easy to coach. If I am not good at something I can learn how to be consistent with that subject very easily. One thing I believe is that having skill can only get you so far. It's the drive and mentality, the hard work, that gets you past the average level. You can have natural skill and not work at all and it will set you off, but after time the people that work harder then you will pass you sooner than later. I care a lot on my athletic performance, but, if I don't do well in a game, I can wipe it off my shoulder easily. I also believe that being confident and cocky are two different things. You can be confident without taking other people down.
I currently am a first-baseman/pitcher for my legion freshman team. In Powell we don't have a school affiliated baseball team. It's a travel team, kind of. Currently I am 150 lbs. and am 5'10". I have constantly been growing since the February of 2022. So by the time I am at the college level my size should be to my advantage.
Again, I am very interested in playing baseball at the higher level, in fact that is my goal, it's what I want to do. I am happy to play ball in any form from a junior college all the way to D1. I just want to play baseball even if it means I am not at the highest level of the sport. I also believe I will be a great part of any team I play with.
Thank you for your time and consideration to read this,
Dominik Bieber
