Personal Statement

I have spent the last six years playing Field Hockey in the Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer. I have played indoor, outdoor and right out of my backdoor. I have woken to play when it is still dark out and fallen into bed very late at night exhausted. I have given so much of myself to the sport of Field Hockey but the sport of Field Hockey has given me so much more. It has taught me resilience, humility, and focus. It has brought friendship and the understanding of teamwork. I hope to play at the college level and continue to grow as a person and an athlete.
