My collegiate goals/aspirations include being a part of a team and being able to further extend my career in football. I aspire to be a leader on and off the field and play to win and have success within the program. The main thing that makes me a good candidate for a collegiate level football team is not only my dedication and commitment to become a better player, it is also my coach-ability and willingness to make sacrifices for the betterment of the team's success. What makes me different is how I not only work hard on the field, I work extremely hard off the field as well (academically and athletically). Academically I have achieved a 3.96 GPA throughout High School and mainly take advanced or AP classes. Athletically, I spend countless hours in the weight room to get stronger each and every day. These hours include around 5 days a week and around 2-2.5 hours each day.

- Mac Palmer is a 2023 OF/RHP, MIF with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from Mtn Brook, AL who attends Mountain Brook. Ran a 7.05 second sixty-yard dash. The primary outfielder, with a medium frame and a lean, athletic type build, has short, choppy steps as he works through the baseball with good athleticism. Palmer gathers the ball out front while loading his weight on the backside as he accurately throws the ball 78 mph during the drills. Secondary right-handed pitcher works from the stretch only and lands a bit closed off. He has sidearm slot action alongside sinking and running action on his fastball topping 71 mph. Right-handed hitter steps to the plate with a narrow stance to start before shifting his weight. Palmer has a long and heavy stride that comes in and out of the zone with some barrel control as he the ball with a line drive swing path. Outstanding student.
