Although I grew up enjoying many sports, namely soccer, baseball, basketball, track, and jiujitsu, when I began playing football in the 7th Grade, it became my passion. Having great success on the field has fueled my desire to compete at a collegiate level. Receiving All-Conference and All-State honors gave me confidence that I can play among the best of the best. Playing college football is an opportunity that I am wholly and fully committed to pursuing and working toward.
My football IQ is impeccable. I am a leader on and off the field, as my teammates and coaches trust me to inspire and motivate. Any opportunity I have to get in extra work outside of a mandatory practice, you can bet I’ll be there and be there early. I have started also working out with a personal trainer and nutritionist. In just 3 months, I’ve shown great progress. I’m really looking forward to seeing how much I progress in strength and speed during the off-season.
In the classroom, I am also a standout student. In addition to having a 4.0+ GPA, I also have a 33 ACT, but, just as in football, I am striving for an even better ACT score. I am a leader in my school and community, a member of several clubs, organizations, and extracurriculars.
I have three younger brothers. Being a good influence and role model to them is very important to me. I want them to know whatever their physical limitations, “hard work outweighs talent-every time.” I aim to prove to them and to myself this statement is 💯 true.
My hobbies include wake-surfing, snowboarding, golf, grilling out, hunting and fishing. Making time for family, friends, and church youth group is priority as it balances out the time I spend training and working out for football. Outside of football, traveling is my absolute favorite way to spend time.
My wish is to attend a college that challenges me not only in the classroom but also in football. Being a part of a college football program that fits me would be a dream come true. Considering all options, I look forward to the recruiting process and playing at a collegiate level that matches my athletic and academic abilities.
Thank you for taking the time to learn about me! I look forward to learning about your program!
