Personal Statement
My name is Joshua Hernandez and I am currently a Senior at Lakewood High School. My goal is to attend a 4-year university and play football and Major in Communications and Media Studies. I also want to start off as a Graduate Assistant on a college staff when I'm done playing football. I'm different then other recruits because I outwork all my opponents. I also put my team first before my own success. I am also very coachable and I have had great relationships with my coaches. I am also strong in the classroom. I've earned good grades and all my teachers leave positive comments on my report cards. I am a good candidate for your school because of my talents on the field, and good character on and off the field. I can bring a positive influence to the team, school and community.
