I am Khalil Yeldell, a 17 year old, 5'10, 200 lb Linebacker / Strong Safety / Defensive End who attends Woodrow Wilson High School in Washington, DC. I aspire to be great at whatever it is I put my mind to do in life whether it be on the field, in the classroom, or at my job. I strive for excellence and am going to take things to the next level. I have been playing football since the age of 7 and love the game. I attended St. Johns College High School my tenth grade year in the highly competetive WCAC. I started my Junior and Senior years on Varsity for the Wilson Tigers. I was ranked fourth on the team for tackles my Junior year and first my Senior year. I also was invited to the DCSAA ( District of Columbia State Athletic Association ) all-state game my senior year which I recently played in this December. I will allow no one to outwork me and take pride in striving to be the best. I excel on the football field as well as in the classroom. I currently have a 3.1 GPA and scored a 1500 on my SAT. Once I get into college I plan to major in Business. My goal is to use my mind, body, soul and spirit to be successful in life. I must earn a scholarship so that I will be able take things to the next level and continue playing the sport I love.
