Personal Statement
Growing up in a strong Baptist Christian home,I believe that anything is possible. My body structure doesn't intimidate other players,or say that i can be successful in football but I'm willing to prove others wrong, and show my talent on the gridiron.I would describe my character as laid back and quiet.most of the time i spend is to myself thinking on how i can become a better student, football player, and person. When my grades start to slip,I tend to put academics as my only priority. When I'm not satisfied with my performance in practice,i stay a little extra afterwards to work on what i messed up on.Im always working out at home, because i feel like the regiment that my coach has me on doesn't have the effect on me as it does to my teammates, but even at home,i feel like its working, but when I'm working out with my teammates I don't see any progress for myself, but I see them progress everyday.I know it will get better, and I really plan on playing Division 1 College football.I don't want to settle for anything less, no matter what it takes.
