Personal Statement
My immediate goal is to be a successful high school student athlete at Blessed Trinity Catholic High School. I want to be the hardest working student athlete on and off the field. I want to continue to strengthen my relationship with God. I WANT TO WIN! I want to win at everything that I do. I am very physical, very passionate, and will do whatever it takes to help my football team win. I will ALWAYS work incredibly hard and will help my teammates work incredibly hard as well. We will succeed together and my goal is to win a Georgia State High School Championship. I want to attend the college that best fits me as a student athlete. I want to earn a degree and have the opportunity to compete for a starting offensive line position (Center or Guard) on a team that will compete for championships.
As a Freshman I earned a varsity letter for our team that was 9 - 3 and lost by 1 point in the 2nd round of the GHSA AAA playoffs. I was 1 of 2 Freshman who earned their varsity letter last year.
With the my sophomore just ending - I am very proud of my team and my contribution. I am the starting Offensive Right Guard and also have had to bounce out and play Left Tackle on certain pass plays because of an injury to our starting left tackle. I play the '3' & '4' technique DT, have played the NT, and am the backup long snapper. We are GHSA Region6 AAA Champions. We won our first playoff game 41 - 14 and I was named the offensive player of the week for the game by my coaches. For my performance, I won the North Fulton / Forsyth Counties Touchdown Club Player of the week (picked from the players of that week's games from the area's 23 high schools). We won our 2nd round playoff game 38 - 0, and lost in the Elite 8 to the 2nd ranked team in Georgia AAA. We ended the year ranked 5th in the state by the Atlanta Journal Constitution.
I see myself playing offensive Guard or Center at the next level, but will play any position on the field now and at the next level in order to help my team win.
