Personal Statement
My collegiate goals for academics is to be able to walk across that stage and receive a diploma. i want to be able to be in a good position to set me up for future jobs in the communications/Television industry. I want to be able to walk out of a prestigious school ready and prepared to change peoples lives and do my job as best I can.
My athletic goals is just be able to be apart of a team in college. I think it would be an amazing college experience if I was a student-athlete. My aspiration is to leave college with no regrets and giving everything I got to help me in the future. Football to me is an amazing thing and if i keep playing it, then it will teach me new things that I never knew about myself.
I am a good candidate for your team academically because I will never get caught up in bad grades. I see sports as a motivator for me to do good in college and in school. I think if i really want to play that bad then i shouldn't let the grades stop me. if i drop I will persevere to get better grades. right now I have a 3.2 GPA, I think that I can push myself harder to get above a 3.5 because nothing is ever good until it is perfect for me.
I am a good candidate for your team athletically because I will bring spontaneous and explosive play onto the field. I think that I can make plays on the field when theres nothing to work with. And not only on the field but even as a leader, I push my teammates so we are A better group of receivers, better offense, and ultimately a better team.
My character is everything to me it defines who I am. I'm not the cocky kid that isn't open to learning. This sport teaches me something new everyday and that's what I want for others. I want to affect the sport in A way that people don't think of football players as just jocks. I want to bring A good name to my family, school, and team.
