One of the goals that that I had for this year was leading my high school football team, the Normal Ironmen to another big 12 Conference Championship and to the State Playoffs. I did both. This year I was named First Team All Conference Offensive Lineman for the Big 12 Division and I was named by a unanimous decision by all of the area coaches. I was also named First Team Pantagraph All Area Lineman. I was Captain of my team, Offensive Player of the week as well as offensive lineman of the week several times this season. I was the only senior in a school of 2,000 students to be a 3 year starter for the Varsity football team. Currently, I am working out 6 days a week to become bigger, better, faster, and stronger. Another goal is an academic one. I am currently on track to make the honor roll this semester. I plan to play football in college and once in college, I would like to play football every year. I have always envisioned myself playing football at the next level and am working hard to make this happen. Another dream of mine is to give back to the community. There are coaches, teachers, friends and family who have helped me get to where I am today. I would like to "pay it forward" in any way possible.
