My name is Jacob O. Keller I am part of the 2017 class. I have played competitive sports since I was old enough to hold a ball. I attend Fenwick High School where I play both Football and Basketball. I am a true competitor and have excelled in both sports attending several AAU National championships as well as the Pop Warner National Championship in 2012. I am a Quarterback and a point guard with the ability to also play multiple positions. I play because I love the game. I hope I am blessed enough to play collegiate athletics while pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree with Sports Management as my major at a University that offers both sound academics and highly competitive athletics.
I am a very hard working athlete and student. I continuously strive to make good choices so that I do not embarrass myself, my family, church or my school. I realize that as an athlete my actions on and off the field/court have to line up with the expectations I have been reared with. I think it is important to serve others in my community as well as people outside of it. My current teammates and I have made meals at Feed My Starving Children facilities in Aurora and Schaumburg, Illinois during the past few summer's and I am hopeful to find more time to participate in other volunteer activities.
