I have goals to play football at the collegiate level and dreams of becoming a great college player. I know this comes with hard work and I am dedicated to that hard work.
Football at Trinity isn't an easy thing. We began lifting and running for the 2014 season in January, less than a month after the State Championship game. The struggle to balance football, school work in high level classes, service hours, family and extra-curricular activities have all helped form me into a man of character.
I've been fortunate in my high school years to play at Trinity High School in Louisville, KY. I have been coached by some of the best coaches around. We are held to a high standard at Trinity and are pushed to reach our full potential. I think that is something that sets me apart from others. The coaches trusted me my senior year to decide which way the offensive plays would be run based on the strength of defenses. I think this speaks about my football IQ and how responsible I am to make the right choices. I received the first ever "Most Valuable Tight End" Award at Trinity High School.
