Personal
I am the youngest of two boys and have always played organized sports such as soccer from an early age. I later moved into more physical sports like football, lacrosse and wrestling. I have always excelled in team sports, and this comes from my competitiveness nature (both in academics and athletics). One of the best compliments that I constantly receive is that I am coachable - easily taught and willing to be corrected and act on that correction. As a multi-sport athlete, I understood early on how important it is to be aggressive and intelligent, which is the essence of being a successful athlete. I can confidently say that I work every day to better my chances to play D1 ball by working hard academically, physically and mentally. At the end of the day, I strongly believe that it's your opponent, you and the field- with no excuses.
Passion for Football
Although I love the wrestling environment and the requirement for mental fortitude, I bring that on the football field and improve daily on my technical game and mental game. I am learning day by day that it's the inner competitiveness that fuels me to be the best athlete when stepping onto the field.
Collegiate Sports
I excel on both sides of the football (OL/DL), but my passion is on the defensive line. My overall goal is to have a tackle/sack and/or fumble recovery and help my offense in a game, however, I always step out on the field knowing that in order to play a "good game" I have to make an impact no matter what that may be. That said I am very flexible and if a coach asks me to assist or play another position I will listen to their feedback and make the appropriate changes to my technique.
Academic Studies
As much as I love athletics, these are privileges to my ultimate academic studies. I am interested in exercise physiology, kinesiology and health exercise. I have not chosen a major as of yet, but I gravitate towards these, and it is important that the university of choice are offers these studies.
Extracurricular Activities
I volunteer my time to help out the young Randolph Bulldogs football team to train, share my passion for the game, give back to the community and ensure they are ready when moving from middle school to high school sports. I also volunteer my time with Randolph United which is a organization that assists in high school with students with neurodivergences in social events in high school. I have a part time job at a sports club in the Randolph community being a camp counsellor for children between ages 8 to 12.
