I began playing football freshman year. Although it was my first time playing, I picked up the game fairly quickly and become the starting quarterback and captain of the freshman team. Freshman year we had an undefeated season. In my Sophomore year (2014), I was the starting QB and captain of the varsity team, which I remain. I am a hard worker and very coachable. It has been my dream to play college sports since I was a young kid playing baseball and basketball -- both of which I still play at the varsity level. In the classroom, I am just as competitive as on the field and I take just as much pride in my grades as I do my teams' accomplishments. I take as many honors and AP classes as I can and am near the top of my class. I fit in well with teammates and my competitiveness pushes them to give their best as well. I enjoy my leadership role on the team.
I do not quit.
