Donavan Kilgore-Russell '17 Recruiting Profile

Football saved my life! Before becoming a member of the local, high school team, I was faced with and had to overcome several social concerns as an African American male living in a big city: gangs,crime, and incarceration. On a daily basis, I was faced with finding positive ways to occupy my  time, so I decided to give football at try. Little did I know that I would fall in love with the game. There are several attributes that I exhibit that makes me an excellent candidate for your team: passion, visionary, flexible,  leadership skills, charisma, and motivation are only a few. After high school graduation, I plan to play collegiate football with an outstanding college, obtain  degree(s) in Sport Management with a minor in education, and obtain employment as a Head Athletic Trainer with a progressive company.
