Jonathan Renteria '21 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to  continue my education and athletic career with a scholarship and maintaining a high GPA while in college. I prefer to go to a college that will help me develop and make more impact on the team than to a college just for playing time. I believe that nothing is guaranteed and that if you want something you have to work and give great effort every single day. I have been playing football and other sports since I was a kid. I loved every sport I played, but the sport that had the most impact on me was football. It taught me many valuable lessons through the years. Being shorter than the average size gave me adversity, but that never stopped from accomplishing my goals. What I lack in size, I try to make up with my skills.
