My goal is to play college football at any level, and graduate with a four year degree, to set myself up for the future after my playing days are over. I am a good candidate for a college team, because I am an extremely hard worker and have a lot I can bring to the table. I have size, speed, and athletiscism that not many kids have. I will always be the first one in the gym or at practice and always the last one to leave. I am a great leader and love to be in a leadership role! I have had many leadership roles, and have led as many as 40 kids at one time. I play basketball, football, and lacrosse and have played at the varsity level for all three. I have been playing basketball and football since 3rd grade, and I have made the varsity football team all four years. I have played AAU basketball for the past 4 years and have been on teams going to the regionals. I went to the Nike Basketball camp of 2012 at New Hampton, NH and won defensive player of the camp. I have been on the varsity lacrosse team, starting at long stick midfield and short stick midfield. In football I have played wide receiver, tight end, "running back", defensive end, outside/inside linebacker, cornerback, and lastly safety. Due to me getting bigger in size I moved to defensive end last year after playing linebacker and defensive back the years before. I have started for three years at wide receiver, and started the past two years at linebacker/defensive end. In basketball I played power forward and center, and started for multiple games at the varsity level. Being that I was a tri-sport athlete, I have a lot of knowledge and skills that those of a single sport or two sport player doesn't. I know how to read coverage's and know how to play the games. Playing all three sports have adjusted my body to ways others haven't. I have gained skill in lateral movement from playing defense in basketball in lacrosse, which can translate to playing defensive end and preventing the run from gaining yards, but drawing it out to the sideline with little gain. In basketball and lacrosse I have also learned how to transfer my hips quickly and get out of my cuts quickly. I learned this from the transitions in those games that aren't in football, but that skill has helped tremendously with making cuts and beating the defense while playing wide receiver. I have also gained a vertical jump from basketball, that has helped me jump up for footballs in games and pull down big catches. These are just a few reasons of how I am different from other recruits, but are key ones that set me apart.
