I am a driven and solid student with a 4.2376 GPA, first in my class. My two favorite subjects are math and history, which both challenge and interest me.
My position in soccer is center back. I currently play varsity soccer which I have been playing since my Freshman year. As a Sophomore on varsity I am starting every game and playing full matches. When I am not playing for my school, I play club soccer and I play for the Vermont ODP team. My dedication to soccer goes beyond my own personal development, I enjoy giving back to the community by refereeing in the fall and spring, and coaching U8 and U10 kids in the spring season.
I started playing soccer when I was 6 years old. My experiences playing for different teams, coaching, and refereeing have all helped me learn leadership skills, how to work with others, how to manage my time, how to work hard, and how to be mentally, socially, and physically fit.
Not only do I enjoy soccer and school, I also love to travel around the world with my family learning and seeing new cultures. I have dual citizenship with the US and Brazil and visiting my family in Brazil is an amazing experience every time we travel there.

- I had an incredible opportunity to practice soccer in São Paulo, Brazil this summer. I joined the Bembolado Soccer School and trained in 2 of their locations @bemboladomocidade and @bemboladogranjaviana. I had 6 training sessions with the boys and 2 training sessions with the girls. I was extremely welcomed by the coaches and all the players. I very much enjoyed the chance to practice with some highly skilled players and to be able to keep up. Even though the language was a barrier, I was able to catch some new Portuguese words, make new friends, and have lots of fun!

- I had the incredible opportunity to train and play in Barcelona, Spain this past spring. Every year my Soccer Club, Capital Soccer, organizes a trip abroad providing players with soccer training, 3 matches against local teams, and cultural exposure. I enjoyed the experience very much.
