Personal Statement
I am a 6'1' 205 lb. running back/receiver from Verona, WI. I have 4.4 speed and the ability to run the ball inside and outside and I have excellent hands. I earned All-Conference 1st team, All-Area 1st team and All-State honorable mention honors my senior year. As a senior I scored 36 TD's, 30 rushing and 6 receiving for a combined 2,125 yards (ave. 10 yards per carry and 36 yards per reception) against Wisconsin Division 1 competition.
I also ran track my senior year, for the first time, and made it to state in Division 1 in three events, 100, 200 and 4X100. I was the Big Eight Conference Champion, Regional Champion, and Sectional Champion in all three races. I was chosen All Conference and All Area and took 5th place in the 200 at State.
I received a football and track scholarship from the University of Minnesota - Mankato in 2012 and decided to red-shirt my first year of eligibility. However, the coach that recruited me left the program. I transferred to the UW-Oshkosh to continue my studies in 2013. In 2014, I decided to stay at UW-Oshkosh and play football the next season but had several injuries before and during the season.
I have three years of eligibility remaining and I am looking for the right academic and athletic opportunity.
I am a team player and I will continue to improve my physical skills to help me be the best contributor to my team that I can be. My competitiveness is illustrated by the way I run the ball. I lead by example on the field.
