Nicholas Crosby '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Davin Crosby, and I am a quarterback for the Lovell Bulldogs. I aspire to win and become the best player I can possibly be.  

Something that I feel separates me from other players is the way I respond to adversity. When I moved to a new town in middle school, I was not even on the quarterback depth chart. I refused to let this deter me from becoming the best I could be, and I slowly started working my way up. 

I finally got my opportunity my Freshmen year of High School; I beat out the other quarterbacks and started. That year, we made it all the way to the state championship and were 3 points away from being state champs.

The following year, we faced more adversity, losing in the state championship for the second consecutive year. Using this as motivation, I put in as much work as possible in the summer, and it paid off. The next season, I was the top passer in the state.

I promise that if I get a chance to play for your program, you will not have to worry about my grades. I average a 4.0 GPA and scored a 30 on my ACT and a 1390 on my PSAT. I will not let academics stop me from bing my best.

I will do everything in my power to help the team win, no matter what my role is. I know that if you give me a chance to help your program, you will not regret it.
