Jamichael Boone '19 Recruiting Profile

     Putting God first, hard work, dedication, and remaining focus define what I do in life. I have always taken pride in my education, as well as, my athletic achievements. Maintaining a high GPA has always been my priority. I am a member of the Calhoun High School Varsity Basketball Team, where I serve as team captain. Since the age of five, basketball has always been an integral part of my life. Being part of such a great team has taught me the importance of teamwork and humility. These are the skills that I will carry over into my future, on and off the court.  After high school, I plan to attend college and further my education. While pursuing my education, I plan to become a productive citizen that can compete globally. I reside in a small community, and I plan to be able to give back and make a difference in my community. My favorite chapter in the Bible is Psalm 23--The Lord is my Shepherd; I shall not want...This chapter gives me great comfort in every portion of my life whether it's amazing or challenging.

     I will always thank my parents for their endless love and support. I thank both for their guidance that has placed my feet on a foundation in God.
