Personal Statement

I have decided to attend Scotland Prep Academy under Coach Chris Chaney in Scotland, Pennsylvania.  I feel that this the best decision at this time so that I can continue to get stronger, faster and build a stronger IQ for the game.  After this year of development and taking online college courses I look forward to attending a four year college to continue as a student athlete.  If you'd like updates and more film from Scotland Prep please contact me and follow my NCSA profile.

My love for the game of basketball has always driven me to work and compete as hard as I can ever since I was 8 years old. I play with a lot of heart which I feel makes up for my size. I am constantly pushing myself to become better everyday as an athlete and as an individual. I am respectful and humble and want to see my team succeed as a whole. In my years of playing basketball I learned to be a leader on and off the court and become a team player on the court and in life by always being there for my teammates whether it be working in the gym or encouraging them and letting them know they have someone to talk to.

My Junior year in high school I led my team to win league champions and set the new best record in my schools history for boys basketball. Also, that season I was awarded league leading scorer and 1st team all league. Playing basketball has also showed me that I still don't know what my body is capable of but as I continue to develop myself in the game, it shows me more and more of what I can do. Academics are not hard for me but, I continue to push myself in that too so I can play for a great university and get my degree for my future. As a captain on my team,  I feel that I have what it takes to compete at the next level and will do whatever it takes to get there.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
