Tristan Smith '21 Recruiting Profile

           Basketball has always been a massive part of my life. I’ve been playing with a basketball and watching it since before I could walk. I’ve worked hard my entire life to fulfill my dream of playing basketball at the collegiate level. I believe my basketball IQ and my vision for the game itself will be a major asset to your team.

I’ve been playing basketball through my high school program for 3 years now as well as the fact that I have been apart of the club team Colorado Chaos for 4 years.

What all this has taught me is how to manage my academics, athletics, and family matters. This has also given me the passion to improve as an individual and taught me to do whatever it takes to get the team the win.

I believe that I would bring grit, a tough mentality, leadership, and great character to your program. I’m naturally a very outgoing person which makes getting along and building chemistry with new teams and coaches quite easy. Another one of my qualities is I am very coach able and always have a positive attitude. Many of these things basketball has taught me throughout the years.

I am excited to find a college that can give me a great all around college experience consisting of a great education as well as helping me to achieve me lifelong goal of playing at the highest level possible.
