My name is Odin Malz. I am a junior center / power forward at Kingswood Oxford in CT. The pieces of my game that I am most proud of are: being coachable; working hard; being a team player; and trying to improve every single day. I've got a strong work ethic in both school and on the court. I am a high honors student in each of my semesters at Saint Bernard. Our team likes to move fast in transition, and I love to run the floor - I pride myself on having a big engine and being able to run the floor when other big men are sucking wind. During the pandemic, I've been focused on building strength and mass while maintaining my conditioning, and I have gained over 20 pounds of muscle in the last six months. On the court, I pride myself on my rebounding and my defense - I take it personally if someone scores in the paint or grabs a rebound that is mine. My goal and dream is to play college basketball and to be a part of a team as I go through college. I will keep working every day until I make that dream a reality.
