Dowan Green '20 Recruiting Profile

The reasoning behind me wanting to play college basketball at the highest level is because I feel as if I’m talented enough and I have the potential/work ethic to do so. Most kids can say “I want to go to the NBA” and not be willing to sacrifice sleep, time, and sometimes eating. I love the grind, I love every bit of it I’m not like most kids I promise I’m willing to do anything to turn my dreams into reality all I need is an opportunity. 

One of my greatest achievement are yet to come because I want to be the first player to bring home a district championship to the coaches which have been coaching since I’ve been a freshman  but haven’t won yet even with our 5-star recruit j.j weaver who plays football at the University of Kentucky.

In the classroom I’m always sitting in the front or close to the front. All my classmates know me best for my quietness/sometimes funniness and sense to build a relationship with one another. That switches to on the court by me being able to interact and already having a relationship off the court so when we step foot on the court we’ll be ready to go to war for each other.
