Anthony Berry '25 Recruiting Profile

I am looking for a college to meet my academic and athletic needs. I am a Point Guard, Shooting Guard, Small Forward, and Power Forward player with a mean 3 point shot! But, I'm willing to play whatever position my team needs me to play.

I love basketball! I proudly lead my team as the team captain. I average 18 points a game with many assist. I currently play for my school Pickering High School Varsity team.

I have been blessed with many assets such as good work ethic, determination, dedication, compassion, pride, and a supportive family. My parents are both retired Army soldiers who have instilled the importance of education, knowledge, and experience, which are the backbone components of anything one tries to accomplish. In addition to possessing and craving knowledge, I am a hard worker. Striving to be the best, I take any opportunity to learn and grow - advice or coaching to assist in making me a better person/athlete is always welcomed; if I am a better person, I can contribute to society or my team. I am actively involved in many activities at school and in my community. I make great effort to being a leader to others because I believe I can help others in a leadership role. Most importantly, I am a Christian so I try to model my life after Christ because He is the ultimate teacher in all aspects.

All in all, I feel like I am headed in the right direction on the path of life and look forward to my journey as a student-athlete in the college world and beyond. I know that I am still learning and developing my athletic abilities, but I must continue to perfect my overall abilities as a person as well.
