Ikechukwu Nwokeji '21 Recruiting Profile

Hi coaches my name is Ikechukwu Nwokeji, I'm 12th grader at codman academy, a member of my school basketball team the codman and aau basketball team Boston warriors. Basketball is more than a game to me, I started playing basketball ever since I was little and when I was in the 4th grade my gym teacher put the basketball in my hands, from my 8th grade year I was known for defensive and hardworking player. On the basketball court I'm a defensive player on the court by blocking shots, getting steals and contesting my opponents shots, grabbing rebounds and helping my team win, I want to show you what I can do on the basketball court and I want to take the game of basketball to the next level. In the classroom I am focused on the work in class, asking my teachers for help and questions in the classroom and every single day after school I stay back with my teachers and they help me with my homework which has been helping alot. My goal as a student athlete  and as a basketball player is to play d1, d2, or d3 or juco basketball, to continue working my hardest to make it to the NBA and show you that hardwork beats talent when talent fails to work hard, to continue working on my weaknesses as a basketball player and to continue getting better every single day, and I'm very dedicated and committed to becoming the best basketball player I can become and building up better
