I have wanted to be a college basketball player since I started playing basketball in the second grade. My primary position is Small Forward, although I have the size and versatility to play the 2 and 4 positions as well. I constantly strive to be outstanding on both the offensive and defensive ends of the court. I have a very high basketball IQ and a great work ethic as I continually work to improve my skills. I am often told by coaches that I am the type of player who makes those around me perform better.
My club team is Loudoun Triple Threat. We play against national competition and over the past few seasons I have received multiple MVP and All Tournament Team honors. I play high school basketball (and baseball) for the Bullis School in Potomac, Maryland, where we recently won the Junior Orange Bowl Classic in Miami, Florida and our 2nd straight IAC Conference title. In addition, I was nominated to play in the 2013 Round Ball Classic with other top seniors in the Washington/Baltimore area.
I also have an excellent academic record with a 3.85 GPA and I believe in working hard both on and off the court. I am in search of a college where I can achieve both my athletic and academic goals. I know that I can be an asset to any competitive college basketball program.
