Harris Jackson '24 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to compete at the highest level both athletically and academically. I realize to achieve this I must get a little better every day. For me this is a marathon not a sprint and over time if I can just achieve a little every day the results will follow. I am mentally tough and prepared to grind for my goals.

I pride myself on hard work, being a team player, and leading on and off the court.  Through my dedication and leadership, I was named captain of our varsity team as a sophomore and junior. My coachability and capability to understand basketball and pick up plays quickly helped me to starts as a freshman on the varsity team.

I am an eagle scout.  Scouting has helped me with my game by developing my leadership and communication skills.  I believe that communicating on and off the court along with being able to lead my team is a major part of my game.

I believe I would like to pursue either business or engineering or both in college.   I am a straight A student and challenge myself by taking the most rigorous courses available to me.
