Jordan Hunt '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jordan Hunt and I am a 5’11” shooting guard/point guard for Greencastle-Antrim High School & Maryland Movement. I’ve been playing basketball since the 3^rd grade.

My strength is 3-pointers where I'm shooting 49% with College Level range in 11th grade and I'm averaging 14 points, 2 assists, 2 rebounds per game!!

Ideally, I’d like a Christian school with less than 15,000 but would consider a bigger, secular school, with a great academic reputation and challenge. Currently, I have a 3.94 GPA and have taken an Honors & AP courses.  I'm not sure of a major yet, although I'm interested in national security, cyber security, the FBI or something of that nature.

My passion is basketball and I hope to grow in my abilities with my drive and dedication to always make my self better on the court and in the classroom, I know this will happen. This is my 3rd year playing competitive travel/showcase basketball so I know my growth is just beginning.  

Other years I have played baseball and soccer, which has helped me develop into an all around athlete but I have chosen to focus on my passion of basketball now.

I'm extremely coachable in that I have an attitude of teach me anything and I'll do my best and put in time, a LOT of time, to perfect a skill. I have a pleasant yet competitive personality on and off the court and I'm extremely self-motivated. I'm positive and encouraging to my teammates despite the circumstances.  I can't wait to play basketball every day and strive to win, despite any of my personal stats. Team is the most important aspect for me, self is 2nd.
