Hi my name is Joshua Henderson point guard at Washington High School my goal is to go to college and graduate with a degree and  while playing basketball what makes me a good candidate for your team is that I'm hungry and I only strive for success and losing is not an option I literally gave up everything for this sport my family my blood my sweat in my tears all because I love the game so much what makes me different from other recruits is that I hate losing in everything I do in life I take it as a lesson I don't put it as  hardship I learn from the mistake and see what I have to do for it not to happen again I'm a dog on the court I dive for the ball before I go out of my house I take hard fouls perform at my best so my team doesn't lose I keep the same mindset when it comes to school work too I make sure my teacher has all my assignments I asked questions and I'll sit in the front of the class so I can pay attention this is why I think I'm a good candidate for your school
