September 2013Personal Statement
As a young athlete, my dreams for golf extend limitless. I want the best for my life and I realize playing golf may help me get there. I am a young man who never looses motivation, and keeps working hard to achieve my goals. As of now my main goal in life is to achieve balance in my scholastic and golf endeavors.Several of my former golf teammates have gone on to college golf programs and this has increased my motivation exponentially! At Valley Center High School, we focus on school spirit and our golf team is a strong unit-we push each other to be our best, and I am excited to carry forward and be a part of a college team one day, not only as a player, but as a teammate. Honestly, I believe if there is a key to success for the future, you should seek the lock, and for me golf is just that!
In the past year, I have experienced great improvements due to my strong training and practice work ethic, and tournament scores are improving steadily. Although our Varsity golf season doesn't begin until January, it's the hard work and preparation now that will lead to a successful High School Varsity season.

- AwardsIn my 2011 I received honor rolls.
- ActivitiesMy entire freshman year I did community service consisting of the PB and J club. This is where I made peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for the homeless every Wednesday. I have also participated in the school Junior Varsity Academic League. I am also currently enrolled in AVID, where I work daily towards community service where i have obtained 30 hours of community service which is only rising.
