Cormack T Meldrum '24 Recruiting Profile

I am a hard-working, rising junior at Morristown High School (NJ) with aspirations to play Division 1 golf and attend business school in college. I currently have a +2 (index) handicap and a scoring average of 72.8 and have consistently lowered scores year on year. I captained our High School Varsity team in 2023 and have been recognized as both a good team leader and team member during my 3 years playing varsity high school golf. I would love the opportunity to become a valued team member within a strong collegiate golf team and compete amongst some of the top amateur golfers in the country whilst also receiving an excellent business education.

I have been playing golf since the age of 7 and have always been deeply interested in all aspects of the game, including the game itself, club design, course design, golf clothing and styles, etc. Finally I feel that golf has provided me with a great foundation for building positive, productive relationships in life as it's built on a strong foundation of mutual respect, integrity and trust.
