Personal Statement

My name is Anthony LaBoda. I am working towards and have aspirations of attending a D1 golf school. What makes me a strong candidate for your team is that I have great attitude and strong work ethic. I love the game of golf and have played since I was a small child. I practice and play golf a lot and never give up on the game, my team, and myself. What makes me different from other recruits is that I take tournaments and school very serious and stay focused, I earn good grades, and I discipline myself to not allow my schoolwork to fall behind because of sports. I am always on time, and do not like to be late. I will help contribute to my whole team being successful, not just me. I am coachable and will communicate with my classmates, teachers, teammates and coaches to make sure everyone is on the same page when it comes to golf commitments.
