Personal Statement

I am a skillful hockey goalie looking to continue my development and hockey career through new and challenging hockey experiences.  I enjoy the game of hockey more as the intensity and skill increases and pushes me to perform harder.  I approach my role as the goalie to be very calculating of the play and my positioning.  I have been told by my goalie coaches that I listen to their instruction and they see that I try to put their instruction into play.  In the role of goalie I am able to keep calm and resilient to focus on the next play.  I am gaining confidence with doing on ice guidance to my teammates, as a one of my previous coaches told me that the goalie is like the quarterback on the ice.  I am looking forward to new hockey experiences and growing as a hockey player and an individual.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
