From the first time I stepped on the ice I knew I wanted to be a hockey player. The excitement and thrill of the sport has pushed me to become the person I am today. Ever since I was little I knew I wanted to play at the college level. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity that would not only make me a better hockey player, but also a better person.
Throughout my years of playing hockey I have been a team leader who gives everything they have when they are on the ice, and will encourage my teammates. I am very coachable and will always strive to be a better player even if that means I have to change the way I play.
In school I maintain a high GPA, and always strive to succeed. I also volunteer to coach learn to skate and play other school sports which helped me become the hockey player I am today. For the past 3 years I have been on team U.S.A. for Ball hockey, and we have traveled all over the world to compete in high competition tournaments.
I want to attend a college that is right for me. I want to be able to Push myself on the Ice, as well as in the classroom. I ultimately want to find the right college that has the highest competition level. At college I will strive to become a better person and hockey player, and in the long run make my teachers, coaches, and parents proud.
