Hockey is more than just a game to me it’s a way of life, and although it is important to me I've come to realize that education is more important. My ambition is to attend a college that will allow me to study Business Administration and play hockey at an elite level. Throughout my career in the classroom and on the ice I have always strived to be at my best. I am a very driven individual which has brought me to be a good hockey player and a student of the game.  

I have always been a great leader on and off the ice leading by example. I have been a captain three times in the last five years of my career. My coaches have always been able to count on me to come in clutch at key times in a game. I strive to make my teammates around me better by Motivating them in difficult moments in a game and by always leading by example.  

Although my size doesn't grab many peoples attention, some things that differentiates me from other forwards is my hockey sense, ridiculous work ethic, and my great leadership skills. Playing college hockey has always been a dream of mine ever since I was a young child. Attending a university would mean the world to me because I would be able to get a great education and be able to play hockey at a higher level.
