Hockey is my passion. I have been playing hockey for about half my life, I have been told I am very coachable and always strive to do better. I am a good leader on and off the ice, as well as being very respectful to everyone. On the ice I bring a physical presence, I can slow the game down as well as speed it up. I consider myself an offensive defensemen, but also someone who is very strong in the defensive zone. I see the ice very well and can make quick decisions with the puck. I am also someone who can quarterback a powerplay. This season, as a Sophmore, I am playing 18u AAA for St. Francis who plays in the T1HF, along with my schools Varsity Prep hockey team who plays in the MPHL.
I am very strong academically, maintaining a 98% average. I am currently taking all honors and AP classes in my sophmore year at St. Francis High School. I have also volunteered for local organizations such as Kids Escaping Drugs and Boys on the Right Track, and have volunteered 15 hours of service through school.
My goal is to play Junior Hockey and D1 hockey at a school that has a good program, as well as good academic options. Ultimately, I would like to take my passion and abilities and play hockey at the highest level that I can.
