Brody Jurman '24 Recruiting Profile

I'm Brody Jurman, deeply passionate about hockey, continually pushing myself to improve my game, conditioning and strength. 

For two years, I split my time between my family in New York and my Billet family in Massachusetts, training under Sean Tremblay and Bob Corkum at North Shore Hockey Academy for their 16u AAA and 18u AAA teams.  Now, I'm gearing up to play for the NJ Hitmen Premier team this season with the goal of reaching Division 1 hockey.

I'm known for my positivity and team encouragement, I prioritize reliability, always showing up punctually for practices and games. My strong work ethic extends beyond the ice, emphasizing teamwork over personal success. I welcome feedback and strive for continuous improvement.

Before North Shore, I led the 15u AA Millbrook Youth Hockey team to a state title, earning MVP honors. In the offseason, I stay active with Varsity Lacrosse and training at Topline to enhance my skills further. Additionally, I contribute to coaching at local hockey camps and clinics at Icetime in Newburgh, NY.

As the oldest among my siblings, I take pride in our mutual support for each other's sporting endeavors and performance arts.
