2014 HighlightsPersonal Statement
My name is Zachary Gilliland and I am currently a junior at Saint Thomas Academy in Minnesota. Saint Thomas is a private, all boys, catholic, military, and college prep school. Shall we say they have quite the rigorous curriculum. I work hard academically but it is not an easy task. For our lacrosse team, I play midfield and would like to play in college. I also take face offs. As well as high school lacrosse, I play club lacrosse in the summer. Last summer I played for the Minnesota Lakers and we took trips to North Carolina and Philadelphia. As for the offseason right now, I am enrolled in a pick up league and two skills camps that occur weekly.
Outside of school and lacrosse I am a boy scout. I am now an Eagle Scout. I have been active in my troop for 6 years and it has played a larger role in developing my work ethics and who I am today.
